A message from the founder
Dear Family and Soon-to-be-Family,
My vision for Resultz Only Fitness (RZO) is quite simple. Get…YOU… Resultz.
If you ask those I’ve served with and anyone else who knows me, they will tell you that have a strong passion for mentoring.
It is because of that passion that developed a unique brand of genuine coaching that helped hundreds of people to help themselves to become better versions of themselves.
Since can remember, have always gained greater satisfaction in celebrating the successes of others, more than those of my own.
And once found my greater passion for fitness through bodybuilding, brought that same passion for seeing others succeed through camaraderie and hard work in every aspect of their lives.
Here at RZO, we not only want to help improve how you feel about your body, but we also seek to enhance your mindset today, in an effort to make your future self proud of you through every rep and set you complete at Resultz Only Fitness.

It isn’t the equipment, the state-of-the-art facility, or the mastery level of the personal training experience of our coaches and trainers that will make the difference in whether you succeed.
It will only happen…and it will happen for you… when you see it happening for yourself as much as we do.
And that is when WE will win together. In each lifestyle change achieved in the gym and every medal, and/or trophy won on the stage, WE… WILL… WIN together.
Additionally, it is my vision that the success we produce inside these four walls, will reverberate through the City of Kennesaw, the Greater Metro Atlanta areas, and beyond through our Community Impact Programs.
So, while we are pouring into those that we know in our RZO family, we will inevitably bless so many more we do not know..yet! We are building something far greater than ourselves, and we are so happy that you have decided to be a part of the small idea… that is… the HOPE that will one day be grander than any of us could have ever thought possible.
One fact that has and will always be true in life. There is… strength in numbers… and together we WILL accomplish all goals we set out to make a reality for ourselves and those around us.
