Background
Eric Phillips is the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) & Founder of Resultz Only Fitness. He graduated with honors from Florida A&M University, Tallahassee, FL, with a Bachelor of Science in African American & African History and a minor in Secondary Education in 2009.
Industry Experience
Bodybuilding Career: While serving as an active-duty Marine, he has balanced and maintained a successful bodybuilding career as a Men’s Physique competitor. His success made him a professional in two separate federations: first in the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF) in 2015, and next in the most covenant league in the world, the International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) in 2022.
Additionally, during this time, he was quickly recognized for his stage presence and as a talented poser, which lead him to start a successful coaching career in 2017. He has coached more than 20 athletes resulting in a 100% success rate for increasing all his clients’ overall placings in their following competitions.

He has more than 20 years of personal training and physical development experience. He served in the United States Marine Corps (USMC), obtaining the rank of Major, and retired honorably after more than 23 years of service. As a leader of Marines, he served as a Logistics Officer, leading hundreds of Marines to successfully coordinate and execute countless multifaceted service level training exercises and real-world operations, in country, abroad in numerous foreign countries, and at sea in support of tens of thousands of Marines, Sailors, and several foreign military organizations
