What’s your schedule?
- Small Group Personal Training: We have sessions Monday – Friday 6am, 7am, 8am, 11am, 12pm, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm; Saturday 7am, 8am, 9am. Most clients work with us 2-3 days per week.

What is your average client's age?
Our average client age ranges between 30-55.
How much does a session cost?
Our sessions are $45-55 depending on how often you want to meet with a personal trainer. Most clients work with us 2-3 days per week.
How to get started?
- Step 1: Schedule a meeting with us by entering your info with any of the buttons on the website.
- Step 2: We’ll meet in person, talk about what your fitness goals and what success looks like, and see if we’re a good fit. No pressure at all if we aren’t a good fit. I only want you to join if I know we can help you.
- Step 3: If you choose to move forward with us, you can have peace of mind knowing that we stand by the quality of our service with our 14-day buy-out guarantee.
Do you offer one-on-one personal training?
No, we don’t offer one-on-one personal training. In our area, it can cost between $75-$120 per session, making it twice as expensive. More importantly, we’ve found that individuals thrive, develop, and achieve their goals more effectively in a group setting—much like a fire team in the Marines. We are better together!
