I’ve been in the fitness industry for 4 years. I’ve always enjoyed dancing and anything that pushes me to be better and hold me accountable. I love people! I used to be the girl in the back of the class who was like don’t look and me or engage with me not feeling comfortable in my own skin. The more I came to classes I feel in love myself and celebrated my body through the process. Being an instructor I aim to encourage others to love themselves through their journey as they move toward their goals. I want everyone to feel comfortable to channel their alter ego and feel safe doing it while working out with me. I’m honored and blessed to workout with each and every member that decides to come join a class.
My class: Turn Up Dance Fitness is a hip-hop-based workout that takes you through intervals of high intensity. You are encouraged to show out and have fun. You decide how hard you go and freestyle is always an option. You will go through a 60-minute cardio class. We will work and you will sweat. There are options and modifications to every high-intensity song. I will give pre-cues as we are dancing. If the choreo is more complex I will give a preview before we start the song. Ultimately I will give choreo and you get to add your own “sauce “ to it.
