Shannon Deavers

Starting at a young age, fitness became a vital part of my life. From playing competitive club soccer to discovering the numerous benefits of resistance training, I’ve always loved the discipline, determination, and mental clarity exercise gives me. Being raised as an athlete, I also suffered my fair share of injuries. These painful, disappointing times not only strengthened my passion for fitness and overall health and well being but exposed me to the chiropractic profession. Nearly a decade later, and I’ve moved from Charlottesville, Virginia to Marietta, Georgia to start my 3.5 year journey through chiropractic school at Life University. While I’ve been eagerly awaiting this further education, I’m excited to share all that I’ve already learned (and will continue to learn) at RZO. Beyond leading a fun, demanding workout you’ll look forward to, I place a heavy emphasis on injury prevention through functional movements and progression exercises, encouraging anyone and everyone to push themselves (and get pushed!) in a safe, effective way.
