I'm loving this brand.  Year after year of being complacent about my health and having nagging injuries I decided to make a complete change in my life!  I was overweight and had a very unhealthy way with the food that I was eating.  I started the two-week workout plan to get myself started and went from 205 to 192 body weight with muscle growth and loss of body fat.  I'm so excited about this fitness journey that I'm on and have also started my wife LaToya working out with me.  Each day I'm excited to hit the gym hard because seeing the progress is my motivating factor.  So, try RZO it's worth your time, effort, and what you’re seeing every day as you strive to become a better-fit version of yourself.  I definitely would recommend him to my family, friends, associates, and co-workers.

Eric was my posing coach for my first competition in six years.  Not only was he very dedicated to the time and attention it takes to work on my posing routine, but he would also consistently go above and beyond, giving lifting advice, meal plan suggestions, and even helped with my contest prep.  His time and dedication were a major reason I was able to take first place in my class for the first time ever!  Eric loves fitness, and it shows through his passion and results.

I reached out to Eric for help with posing.  Having competed one time prior, my posing was a huge weakness, and all the hard work I had put into get my body ready for the stage was now almost wasted because I wasn’t presenting it properly.  Having 2 weeks in between competitions, knowing I needed significant improvement, I worked with Eric via FaceTime and in person.  The results were clear, and it was a great decision.  He has a passion for the sport unlike anyone I’ve met and is truly dedicated to seeing his clients succeed.  His knowledge of posing has only gotten better, and his overall knowledge of bodybuilding is insane!  I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who is serious about achieving their goals!  Side note: he’s also a great workout partner.
